Different manufacturers have different quality,variety and price.When choosing,I pay more attention to the quality of the elastic bar.So what is the method to detect the Spring Clip? 1.Residual deformation:after static pressing for three times,the deformation value of the central front end should be less than 1mm. To check whether there is residual deformation,you can put the elastic strip on the platform,measure the relative height of the middle front end with a depth ruler,and then place the elastic strip in the special tire type,and the tire type is main on the bench of the experimental machine.Pad a 50mm flat washer between the indenter of the testing machine and Elastic Clip For Railway,so that the center line of the washer and Spring Clip mark line overlap.Load slowly to 50kN and stabilize for 5 seconds,then unload back to zero.After doing this three times,place New Product Spring Clip back on the platform and measure the relative height of the front end. 2.Hardness The hardness of the elastic strip is 41-46.Sampling method will be used to test the hardness.Three points will be tested in the range from the center of the section to the half radius of each specimen,and the reading accuracy is HRCO0.5. 3.Fatigue performance Fracture should not occur after 5 million fatigue tests,and the residual deformation should be less than 1mm.The elastic strip was placed on the special birthgear,and downward displacement was applied to the front end of both limbs until the displacement reached the designed assembly displacement of 9mm or 8mm respectively.The dynamic displacement of 5m-0.9mm was further applied according to the position at this time.Load cycle 5 million times,loading frequency 4-16Hz.The relative elevations of the front ends of the front and rear sections of the test are measured respectively,and the elevation difference is the residual deformation after the fatigue test.
