Railway bolt,the main function is to make rail and rail joint in the connection tighter,can play a fixed role.Next,let's talk about the use of fishtail Bolts: 1.Grease the contact part between the Fish Bolts and the rail and the bolt. 2.When threading bolts,the inside and outside of the nut whiskers are staggered. 3.Bolt procedure,such as using four-hole Fish Bolts,first tighten the middle two,then on both sides,both sides tighten,and then tighten the middle two once. 4.When unscrewing bolts,one person should use a 55-cm screw,not too long screws or two people. 5.When the bolt cannot be pierced,hammer on both ends of the Square Head Fish Bolt and align the eyes.Do not hammer the fishtail bolt into the plate. In the process of use,if there is a crack on the fishtail bolt,two problems should be paid attention to: 1.The material segregation of raw materials,grain,is the primary cause of crack; 2.Carburizing heat treatment process is not in place,is the driving force to increase the crack.
