Heat treatment technology of Spring Clip

Characteristics and mechanism of the strip:it is stipulated that the strength after contact with fire should be HRC60.After quenching,the strength should be HRC44-48,Spring Clip can not fracture after 3--5 million fatigue tests,and the residual deformation should not exceed 1.B250m.Heat treatment process,the workpiece into the induction switch(electromagnetic coil),when the induction switch reaches a certain frequency of alternating current,the surrounding that is caused by alternating changes in the electromagnetic field.The magnetic effect of the current alternating with the electromagnetic field causes a closed induced electromotive force--vortex in the workpiece.The induction electromotive force across the cross section of the workpiece is very uneven,the workpiece surface current intensity is very high,slowly reduce inward,this kind of situation is called skin effect.The electromagnetic energy change of the current flux with high density on the surface of the workpiece is energy,which makes the surface temperature rise,that is,the surface heating is completed.The higher the current flow frequency,the greater the current intensity difference between the surface and the inner part of the workpiece,the thinner the heating layer.After the temperature of the heating layer exceeds the zero point temperature of the steel,the rapid refrigeration can complete the surface dipping fire and heat treatment process.
