The inspection items generally include:form and size,mark and factory standard,appearance,crack,hardness,metallographic structure,total decarburization layer,residual deformation,buckle pressure,fatigue performance and anti-rust performance,etc.Among them,the formal dimensions include specific items such as elastic range,arch height,width of nail/bolt placement,width of two limbs,middle width,minimum middle diameter,minimum tail diameter,width of the most front arc diameter,warpage Angle,and contact length of the straight segment of both limbs.
