From the point of view of structure,the Spring Clip is mainly composed of spring bar,screw nails,gauge baffle,underrail backing plate,flat washer,embedded casing positioned on prestressed concrete with shoulder block pillow.In addition,in order to adjust the height of the rail position,also includes the need to adjust the backing plate. Lay the lower backing plate of the rail,put the lower backing plate in the middle position of the bearing rail surface,and the flange of the backing plate should buckle the bearing rail surface. The rails are laid,and the rails are laid on the backing plate under the rails. Install gauge baffle,install gauge baffle respectively on the outside and inside of the rail,and place it between the ears on both sides of the lower backing plate of the rail,do not press the lower backing plate of the rail,check the direction of the gauge,if there is discomfort,replace the gauge baffle.Due to the manufacturing deviation of rail,sleeper and gauge baffle,if the gauge baffle of specified number can not meet the requirements of gauge or the gauge baffle can not be installed into the position,it can be changed according to the actual situation.Special attention should be paid to the gauge baffle should not press the lower rail plate;When the gauge baffle is installed,it is not allowed to knock the gauge baffle violently into position. 
Install the Spring Clip,put the Metal Spring Clip For Railway in place,cover the screw nail with flat washer and cover the thread part with special railway protective grease,then screw into the casing and tighten the spring bar.The fastening of the spring bar is subject to the contact between the lower jaw of the middle front end of the spring bar and the rail.The criterion for judging whether the spring bar is installed in place is that the lower jaw of the middle front end of the spring bar is in contact with the rail,and the clearance is no more than 0.5mm.
