Fish Bolts is a kind of rail connection fastener,in the laying process of rail,need to use a large number of Fish Bolts and rail Joint bar(Fish Plate)connection,to play a fixed role,so as to improve the physical stability of rail,and ensure the smooth passage of trains. Although it is only a small part in the rail system,but small parts also play a big role,especially in the construction of rail transit,fish Bolts quality will affect the safety of the whole system,so in the purchase and installation need to pay special attention to. 1.Clean the nail holes,seal the bottom of the hole,and tamp the hole with coarse sand. 2.Adjust the anchor frame to better control the position of the screw,and fill it with solution but not too full. 3.The screw pile should be inserted vertically into the anchor frame and rotated left and right. 4.The square of the screw fastener needs to be higher than the rail platform,about one millimeter higher than the steel belt fastener,about six millimeters higher than the plate fastener. 5.After installation and solidification,clean up the spilled solution. The process of Fish Bolts is not complicated,but the operation should be carried out with a cautious attitude,so as to achieve better installation effect and ensure the safe operation of the track system.In the daily maintenance work of railway workers,one of the work content is to often check the loose fishtail bolts on the rail,and tighten them in time,to ensure the smooth passage of trains.
