Rubber Pad is an important part of the track structure,installed between the rail and concrete sleeper,its main role is to buffer the vehicle through the track caused by high-speed vibration and impact,to protect the subgrade and sleeper.Technical requirements of rubber backing plate: 1.Material:The Rubber pad material is mainly composed of natural rubber or synthetic rubber.2.Backing plate must be manufactured in accordance with the drawings approved by the Ministry of Railways. 3.Appearance quality The surface of the pad is smooth and the trimming is neat. (2)the missing Angle:at the four positioning angles at both ends,it is not allowed to have a volume greater than one third of the foot of the missing Angle. (3)lack of glue:two working surfaces,due to impurities,water lines,bubbles,sulking,caused by the lack of glue area is not more than 9mm2,the depth of not more than 1mm,each piece shall not exceed two. (4)Sponge:four positioning feet are not allowed to have a volume of more than one third of the foot sponge. (5)Burr edge:no more than 3mm.
