Composite Sleeper is a sleeper material which is made of glass long fiber as the reinforcement material and polyurethane resin as the matrix through foaming and curing.The basic manufacturing process is as follows: Start with A,B two liquid polyurethane raw materials by the metering pump at A certain ratio into the head after mixing pouring respectively in the surface of glass fiber,after kneading machine rub evenly,and then into the rolling mould foaming,curing,molding,after curing of the composite products on the production line by automatic tracking the cutting machine according to the need to cut into A certain length of semi-finished products,Semi-finished products into the cutting,grinding and other rough processing,then compound,finishing,spray paint treatment into finished products.
