The role of the Flat Steel Spring Clip is undeniable,but in order to ensure the quality of the Spring Clip and play an ideal role in the application,in addition to extra caution in the production process,comprehensive quality inspection is also needed.As an important part of the Spring Clip,the Spring Clip also needs quality inspection. 1.Surface quality:The small bend part of the spring bar is not allowed to have obvious indentation and crease.There should be no visible cracks on the surface of the Spring Clip and no burr affecting the later use.Slight indentation and burr,allow the use of grinding tools to repair,make the surface of the spring bar smooth.Bars with visible cracks are disqualified. 2.External dimension:The external dimension of the Spring Clip shall be tested by measuring viviparous.If the High Precision Spring Clip can be put into the testing viviparous freely,it shall be qualified.If the inspection is not qualified,the second sampling reinspection can be carried out.If it passes the secondary sampling inspection,it is qualified product.Otherwise,the production shall be stopped immediately and the cause shall be solved. 3.Hardness:Rockwell hardness tester with reading accuracy of HRC 0.5 was used to test the hardness of spring bar,and the average hardness was qualified within the range of HRC 42-47. 4.Buckle pressure test:Buckle pressure test of spring bars should be carried out on the test table.Secondary heat treatment is allowed for batches of unqualified buckle pressure,but they must pass the comprehensive quality test to be regarded as qualified.
