Treatment measures 1.The pump inlet and outlet lines are shielded to increase the tube holder to reduce the gravity applied to the pump body.2.Strengthen the management of circulating water or change the cooling water of the pump to the steam condensate tank,and the cooling coil and the jacket cooling water are connected in series to increase the water pressure;strengthen the process management,parameter control,and increase the auxiliary line of the pump inlet and outlet.Reduce the increase and decrease of the pump outlet flow to reduce the cavitation vibration caused by this cause,and reinforce the pump body Anchor Bolts into four sets of Bolts and tighten them at the same time.3,belonging to the selection problem,replaced with a common centrifugal pump,using a water-washed mechanical seal type centrifugal pump.4.The auxiliary line is added to the pump inlet and outlet.IV.Conclusion The above fault analysis and treatment measures are basically applicable to the failure of partially shielded pumps.Basically,the long-term operation of the shielded pump can be guaranteed,thereby reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment.It has good economic benefits.It can be seen that the daily maintenance management of the shielded pump is strengthened.The general fault bottleneck can be processed in a timely and effective manner to ensure the long-term smooth operation of the device.
