Glued Insulated Fish Plate is a fastener used for connecting rails to rails.What are the requirements for the appearance of the Cemented Fish Plate?

1.The rolled rail shall be straight and shall not have significant bending and torsion.Local bending and torsion of heavy or light rail and the amount of corrected deformation,incline of rail end face,etc.shall not exceed the standard provisions.

2.The surface of the rail should be clean and smooth,without cracks,scars,scratches and other defects.The end face shall not have shrinkage marks and interlayers.The degree of defects and geometric quantities allowed on the whole surface of the light and heavy rail shall not exceed the standard.
