What's the difference between cartridges

There are many kinds of cartrids, such as I type cartrids,II type cartrids,III type cartrids, etc.Different kinds of cartrids have different characteristics and can be used in different orbits. Therefore, the user needs to choose the appropriate spring bar according to the switch model when purchasing.Differences between several common cartrids: Except that the spring bar II type coupler is redesigned with new material, the rest parts are common with the spring bar I type coupler, which is still with a shoulder block and bolted fastener. In the area where the original type I retainer is used, the original type I retainer can be replaced by the typeⅱretainer. The pressure of a single snap is not less than 10KN,and the elastic range(i.e.elastic deformation)is not less than 10mm,which is about 30%higher than the I type fastener. The assembled fastener shall not be damaged after being subjected to transverse fatigue load for 2 million cycles. In order to improve the strength and buckle pressure of the spring bar,the spring steel 60SiCrVA is selected as the material of theⅱtype spring bar,and the yield strength and tensile strength are increased by 42%and 36%respectively.On the basis of the optimized design of the spring, the diameter of the spring is determined to be the same as the I type fastener, which is still 13mm.The spring-bar II fastener has the advantages of large buckle pressure, large strength safety reserve and small residual deformation.
