The Fish Plate plays a very important role in the whole structure of the switch.If the fishplate has a quality problem,it will inevitably affect the safety of the switch.Therefore,it is necessary to check and maintain the fishplate.The fishplate plays a role in fixing the rail,maintaining the integrity and connectivity of the rail when the train is running.In addition to certain buckle pressure,it must also be able to withstand the vertical force,transverse force and longitudinal force from the rail.Therefore,there are strict requirements for the fastening parts of the fishplate. 1.The natural frequency of the fishplate fastener should be different from that of the substrate,in order to avoid loosening or falling off the fastener caused by vibration. 2,the withholding parts must be able to avoid the force caused by deformation is too large,resulting in a large swing train,reduce ride comfort,commonly used withholding parts for shrapnel type or elastic bar type 2 withholding parts. 3.The front stiffness of the withholding parts must be small.If the front stiffness of the fastening part is small,the displacement of the spring under certain fastening pressure is large,the screw bay is not easy to relax,and the variable stress caused by the rail displacement when the train is running is also small. 4.The design concept of the coupler system is that the rigidity of the withholding rail and the sinking rail should be small,while the rigidity of the upward displacement rail should be large.
