The speed of high-speed rail generally reaches 250 kilometers per hour,which requires high rigidity,high stability,suitable elasticity,performance reliability and convenient maintenance of the track,and puts forward higher and higher requirements for the use of new materials.In addition to the need for vehicles to reach a certain standard speed,high-speed rail also needs to be upgraded. 
The bullet bar fastener is the middle connecting part of the rail and sleeper,its function is to fix the rail on the rail pillow,keep the gauge and prevent the rail from moving vertically and horizontally relative to the sleeper. The elastic bar fastener requires sufficient strength,durability and a certain elasticity,and effectively maintain the reliable connection between the rail and sleeper.In addition,the elastic bar fastener system requires fewer parts,simple installation and easy disassembly.
